When you find your dream home on our website, it is very important to consider taking the next step to own the property. In order for us to hold that property for you and prevent it from being taken by someone’s else, we will need a deposit to our bank account (Account number 0276089765 – CLABE 072028002760897655 – Swift: MENOMXMT- Banorte S.A de C.V).The deposit will be used for the property down payment only. Other expenses will be required to cover notary expenses before placing the property in your name. After setting up the property’s legal document in your name, it is very important to cover the pending payment with a direct deposit to the Home Owners bank account. That account will be provided in due time by our main office. We offer absolutely NO REFUNDS. In certain countries deposits will be needed but that will depend on the country where the purchase is being made.
